This request process is intended to revoke access for other users who currently have remote access to your vehicle. It is not intended to disable Honda’s access to your vehicle.

What will disconnecting remote vehicle access do?

Eligible Honda and Acura vehicles have remote capabilities that allows customers to control certain aspects of their vehicle remotely through our vehicle mobile app. 

By disconnecting remote vehicle access, it will disable features such as:

  • - Remote Start
  • - Remote Lock and Unlock
  • - Find My Car/Vehicle Locator

For All-Electric Acura ZDX and Honda Prologue Customers

To request the disconnection of remote vehicle access, please push the blue OnStar button in your vehicle or contact OnStar Customer Support at 1-888-466-7827. A representative will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete your request.

For All Other Honda and Acura Customers
