The American Honda Collection Hall

THE AMERICAN HONDA

The American Honda Collection Hall showcases products that highlight the success of Honda in America that began in Southern California in 1959. We invite you to immerse yourself in the Honda story through historical, current, and future products, all fueled by the Power of Dreams.

Explore Honda History

We invite you, your family, and friends to discover the 65-plus years of Honda in America as you explore over 60 products on display. The gallery includes automobiles, motorcycles, power equipment, marine engines, race machines, and more. The museum is open during regular weekday business hours. For weekend visits we encourage you to attend the public Cars, Bikes & Coffee Shows held on designated Saturdays every two months, when owners are encouraged to display their own enthusiast vehicles and motorcycles.

What You’ll Discover

When you visit the museum, you’ll travel back to 1959 as you enter the Pico Room, with an entrance themed after the original Honda headquarters on Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles. Back then, Honda only produced motorcycles, including the Benly, Dream and Super Cub — the latter being the best-selling motorized vehicle of all time.

Since then, Honda has become an American leader in mobility, including the Honda and Acura automobile brands, powersports and power equipment products, marine engines, and even a jet airplane, while continuing to innovate for the future. Learn about this rich history through a self-guided tour including narrated videos, photos and displays. Formal tours for larger groups are possible during weekdays; reach out via the CONTACT US function for more information.
